Egypt reneges on Rafah Border Crossing reopening following Sinai attack

Egypt announced it would not be reopening the Rafah Border Crossing Monday through Thursday as it planned, following the IS attack in northern that which claimed the lives of 6 Egyptian soldiers.
Earlier Sunday, Egypt announced Rafah will be reopened in both directions following the Hamas-Fatah reconciliation deal.
