The Syrian army warned Israel on Monday "of the serious ramification of its repeated aggression" after IAF planes bombed a Syrian anti-aircraft battery in retaliation for its attack on Israeli aircraft conducting a reconnaissance mission over Lebanon.
The Syrian army's message claimed falsely that one of the Israeli aircraft was hit.
