Marketing for 296 housing units approved in Beit El
Following the high planning meeting at the Civil Administration, 296 housing units were approved for marketing at the Beit El settlement.
Residents of the settlements were on the warpath in the past few months, erecting a protest tent outside the residence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Responding to the approval, Council Chief Shai Alon said , "This means breathing space for hundreds of young couples interested in residing within the council's confines, but prevented from doing so."
