Cabinet: No negotiation without prior Hamas disarmament

The Political-Security Cabinet decided Israel will not negotiate with the Palestinians until Hamas is disarmed.
The decision came following the Hamas-Fatah reconciliation agreement, which did not broach the issue of Hamas disarmament.
