High Court decrees all privately-owned buildings in Netiv HaAvot to be demolished

The High Court of Justice decreed all buildings in Netiv HaAvot settlement were to be demolished in full.
The decision was reached after a request made after the verdict was reached asking to leave seven structures in the settlement standing, and to only demolish the privately-owned portions of the settlement.
"Unlike other instances in which circumstances justified a partial demolition, in this instance it will not suffice, and with good reason. The verdict was reached based on the evidence of the case, according to which despite the fact the buildings are 'halved,' this is an 'all or nothing' case: either regulate the buildings in some manner or another or demolish them in full."
