Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman has decided to make a significant change in the Absorption of Discharged Soldiers Law, according to which discharged soldiers will be able to withdraw the monetary deposit to which they are entitled for their army service, for any purpose and without any restrictions.
"There is no reason for the state to burden the discharged soldiers with difficulties, forcing them to use the deposit for certain purposes within five years," Lieberman said.
