The Eshkol Regional Council issued special instructions following the bombing of the terror tunnel by the IDF.
As part of the guidelines, it was decided that the schools within the Council would operate as scheduled, but that studies would take place within the buildings, without leaving the courtyard at intervals.
In addition, it was decided that no agricultural work would be carried out near the fence.
