US attorney general confident in terror prosecutions

NEW YORK - US Attorney General Jeff Sessions is expressing confidence in the ability of the justice system to prosecute people facing terrorism charges.
He also says the United States won't hesitate to use Guantanamo Bay when warranted.
Sessions spoke Thursday at a federal prosecutor's office near the scene of the Manhattan bike path attack that left eight people dead.
