IDF: No conclusion yet whether false alarm was malfunction or human error

The IDF Spokesman's Office said Thursday an initial investigation was conducted into the false alarm that woke Israelis in the Greater Tel Aviv area at 2:48am.
However, the investigation has not yet concluded whether the rocket alert siren was sounded because of a technical malfunction or because of human error.
