Arab rights center withdraws petition to excavate terrorists' bodies from tunnel

Adalah – The Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel, announced that it was withdrawing its petition for the retrieval of missing Palestinians in the terrorist tunnel that the IDF collapsed last week.

Adalah explained that after the IDF announced it was in possession of the bodies of five terrorists found in the tunnel, it will withdraw its request to allow Palestinians to excavate and retrieve the terrorists' bodies from the collapsed tunnel, and instead maintain the right to request that the bodies be returned.
