Man arrested for defacing J'lem billboards featuring women

A 26-year-old Jerusalem resident was arrested on suspicion of defacing billboards featuring the images of women in the capital.
The man allegedly sprayed the billboards with paint in some of the cases, whereas in others he physically defaced the signs.
