Alsheikh: 'Terrorism nowadays – a virtual enemy with an extremist ideology'
Police Commissioner Roni Alsheikh spoke at the Yad Binyamin security conference on the topic of combating terrorism.
"(Terrorism) is a virtual enemy cloaked in extremist ideology with a total decentralized decision making process. Any person can be recruited within the blink of an eye," the commissioner said.
"The more professional our ranks are, the more police can provide appropriate support to the home front," Alsheikh concluded.
