East J'lem boy who threw rocks, fire bombs fined NIS 20,000

The Jerusalem Juvenile District Court gave a NIS 20,000 fine and a six-month suspended sentence to a 14-year-old east Jerusalem resident who participated in throwing stones and Molotov cocktails in east Jerusalem's Isawiya a year ago.
