Druze spiritual leader requests urgent meeting with PM

The Israeli Druze's spiritual leader Sheikh Mowafak Tarif requested an urgent meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in light of recent events in the Syrian Druze town of Hader.
Tarif requested the meeting to prevent such incidents from recurring and to make plans for the town's future.
In his letter to Netanyahu, Tarif thanked the prime minister and the security establishment for Israel's timely intervention in the incident two weeks ago.
