Israelis and Jews in Zimbabwe ordered to remain in their homes

Some 170 Israelis and Jews residing in Zimbabwe were ordered to remain in their homes following the coup in that country.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said they were not made known of anyone being in distress and that no requests for assistances had been made.
