IDF encircles village of terrorist who ran over 2 Israelis Friday

The IDF encircled Friday afternoon the village of Halhul north of Hebron, home to the 17-year-old Palestinian terrorist, Az al-Din Kraja.
Kraja ran over David Ramati, 70, leaving him lightly injured, and then ran over 35-year-old Evven Ezer Holhering, who was seriously injured having suffered bleeding to the brain.
The terrorist’s family is also going to be investigated, the army said.
