15-year-old suspected of raping child, arrested two weeks after brother accused of the same
Police arrested a 15-year-old boy from a twon in northern Israel on suspicion of raping and sodomizing his 8-year-old female cousin.
He is set to be brought to a remand hearing later today
The boy's older brother, 17, was arrested two weeks ago on suspicion of having raped the girl and her 10-year-old brother.
