PM Netanyahu: Israel to open new embassy in Rwanda

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in Kenya for the inauguration of new president Uhuru Kenyatta, met Rwandan President Paul Kagame and notified him Israel will be opening a new embassy in the Rwandan capital of Kigali.
"We'll be opening a new embassy in Kigali as part of the expansion of Israel's presence in Africa and deepening its ties with African countries.
The meeting between the two leaders also saw the topic of direct flights between the two countries.
