Hamas: Israel bears responsibility for escalation

Hamas blamed Israel for the escalation on the Gaza border on Thursday, saying Israel "bears full responsibility."

"Israel will not be able to break the will of the Palestinian people," the terror group added.

Earlier Thursday the Islamic Jihad movement launched rockets at Israeli positions on the border with the Gaza Strip, prompting the IDF to retaliate.
