MK Merav Ben Ari submitted reservations to the recommendations bill, slated to go up to a Knesset vote Monday.
Ben Ari asked for the bill to only enter into force in three months' time to allow investigations into the affairs of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to conclude.
The vote on the bill is expected to be postponed due to the interrogation of MK David Bitan (Likud) on possible underworld ties.
