Hundreds of friends and family members attended the funeral of Sergeant Ron Yitzhak Kukia, who was murdered in an Arad terrorist attack.
Minister of Science Ofir Akunis, GOC Central Command Maj.-Gen. Roni Numa, GOC Southern Commander Maj.-Gen. Eyal Zamir and the head of the IDF Technological and Logistics Directorate Maj.-Gen. Aharon Haliva represented the government and military at the funeral, which took place in the Kiryat Shaul military cemetery.
