A Code Red siren was sounded across a number of communities at around 10:30am in the northern Golan Monday morning.
Farmers were asked to take cover in bomb shelters for 10 minutes.
The IDF launched an investigation, but it was not immediately clear whether or not a rocket had be fired at Israel.
