The policewoman who was sexually harassed by former police commissioner Nissim Mor filed a compensation claim for NIS 620,000 for mental anguish.
The policewoman—a single mother—was harassed by Mor, who sent her sexual messages and wanted to approach her under the guise of caring for her children.
"It is regrettable that a man who was in the second most important position in the Israel Police planned and carried out sexual harassment while exploiting his authority on one hand and her weakness on the other," said the policewoman's attorney Yonit Nahum, who filed the lawsuit on her client's behalf.
