Rishon LeZion corruption scandal: Jarushi family members put on house arrest
Husam and Adnan Jarushi, who were arrested in connection with the corruption scandal in the Rishon LeZion municipality, were released from detention and put on house arrest Thursday.
Their attorneys, Nizar Baranesi and Eran Barouz, said in a statement: "We regret that the police made statements before their arrest and marked our clients as heads of a criminal organization, they sacrificed them and their good names."
