Minister of Transport Yisrael Katz's head of the staff, Idan Peretz, was questioned under caution in the Rishon LeZion corruption affair and was released under restrictive conditions.
Peretz is suspected of promoting the interests of a contractor who worked with the Hod Hasharon municipality.
Peretz has accompanied Katz for many years and is considered one of his closesest associates.
