Eshkol Regional Council head: 'IDF efforts to neutralize threat welcomed'
Head of the Eshkol Regional Council Gadi Yarkoni commented on the IDF's reveal of an offensive Hamas terror tunnel enter Israeli territory and said, "The tunnel was located near the border and is fully within the army's control. It does not pose a threat to our communities."
"We welcome the enormous efforts and resources invested by the army to neutralize the threat and defend us as we were promised after Operation Protective Edge," Yarkoni added.
