Border Police: Palestinian arrested in entrance to Samaria military tribunal carrying explosive device

The Border Police said a Palestinian was arrested carrying what seemed like an explosive device in the security checkpoint in front of the entrance to a West Bank military tribunal, located in the vicinity of the Menashe Territorial Brigade.
The suspect was arrested and a police sapper was called in. Entry to the tribunal has been temporarily blocked.
