Bat Yam resident indicted for raping, beating Russian tourist
The State Attorney's Office has indicted Mark Greiber, a 50-year-old Bat Yam resident, in the Tel Aviv District Court for raping a 27-year-old Russian tourist.
Greiber is accused of rape, sodomy, indecent assault, physical trauma and breaking and entering.
The indictment alleges Greiber knew the victim's friend, came to her apartment and entered the tourist's room after she fell asleep and raped her.
