IDF: not clear what killed paraplegic protester, soldiers behaved correctly
A preliminary investigation by the IDF, over the death of a paraplegic Palestinian man during disturbances at the Gaza border reveals that no live fire was directed at him.
An IDF Spokesman said that "we have yet to see evidence that Abu Thraya (29) was hit during the riot, not even by non-lethal methods, nor what caused his death. We found no moral or professional failure in the soldier's actions."
