Palestinians mull declaring Gaza, West Bank as 'occupied state'

Member of Fatah leadership Azzam al-Ahmad said his organization was considering declaring the West Bank and Gaza in their 1967 borders as a "state under occupation."
The prospective announcement may be made when the PLO's Central Committee convenes in Ramallah next month.
