Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman responded to criticism regarding the fact that the Military Advocate General did not call for a death sentence to be imposed on the terrorist who murdered the Salomon family in Halamish.
"As defense minister, I have no authority to provide instruction to military prosecutors or judges. As chairman of Yisrael Beytenu and an Israeli citizen I call on the judges to sentence the despicable terrorist to death," the defense minister tweeted.
