State asks for another hearing on court order to return terrorists' bodies

Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit and State Attorney Shai Nitzan filed a request Friday for another hearing at the High Court of Justice regarding the return of terrorists' bodies to their families.
The state filed a motion to delay the execution of the ruling prohibiting holding terrorists' bodies for negotiations so long as the matter is not enshrined in legislation.
