State seeks to extradite PA resident to Ukraine

The department of international affairs in the State Attorney's Office submitted a petition to the Jerusalem District Court to declare 35-year-old Palestinian Authority resident Ramadan Madani capable of being extradited to the Ukraine so that may be face serious charges in the country.
Madani attacked an Egyptian national in 2007 while he was residing in the Ukraine.
