Ultimatum presented to chairman of Knesset Labor Committee

MK's from both sides of the aisle met at the behest of MK Ilan Gilon (Meretz) and decided to impose an ultimatum to Eli Alalouf, chairman of the Knesset Labor, Welfare and Health Committee, giving him one week to prepare a bill to increase disability stipends for a second and third reading at the Knesset plenum.
MK's Gilon, Moshe Gafni, David Bitan and Yakov Margi concluded that the all debate on the bill must end within a week and if not, it would be turned over to the Knesset Finance Committee chaired by Gafni.
