Supermarkets Bill delayed a week

Voting on the controversial Supermarkets Bill was delayed one week and will not be voted on Tuesday as planned. The delay is due the coalition's fears that they will not be able to garner enough votes to pass the bill.
Another bill allowing for a deputy minister to be granted authorities of a minister was also delayed. It is meant to empower Hareidi MK Yakov Litzman to head the Health Ministry without becoming an actual minister.
