German FM condemns shooting attack

The German Foreign Ministry issued a condemnation of Tuesday's terror attack in the West Bank in which an Israeli father of six was killed.
"All those responsible for this attack or those congratulating it are encouraging the violence that makes finding a solution to the conflict in the Middle East through negotiations difficult," they said.
