Israeli extradited from Brazil for 2004 killing of Palestinian

Yehushua Elitzur was accused of killing Sael Jabara al-Shatiya, a Palestinian from the village of Salem in the northern West Bank in 2004. He was convicted of manslaughter and subsequently fled the country and went into hiding in Latin America. Elitzur was tracked down by Interpol and extradited from Brazil to Israel Wednesday.
