KABUL - An explosion hit an area of the Afghan capital Kabul on Saturday near many foreign embassies and government buildings, Reuters reporters heard.
It was not immediately clear whether there were any casualties from the blast, which comes a week after a deadly attack on the Intercontinental Hotel in the city.
