Yehonatan Geffen apologizes for comparing Ahed Tamimi to Anne Frank

Yehonatan Geffen has apologized for comparing the Palestinian teen who slapped an IDF soldier Ahed Tamimi to Anne Frank and Hannah Szenes.
"It was a mistake and I wholeheartedly apologize," Geffen said at a Petah Tikva performance Saturday night.
In response, Defense Minister Lieberman—who soundly criticized Geffen and called for a boycott of his works—tweeted, "He who confesses and recants shall find mercy."
