New hospital to be built in Kiryat Ara

The Finance Ministry has approved a development plan in Kiryat Ata in the Haifa district of Israel which will see the allocation of financial resources and space to build a hospital.
The hospital will contain 2,200 beds, some of which will be used for a geriatric hospital and a psychiatric hospital.
In addition, a higher education will institution will be constructed, along with 15,700 new housing units in the city’s northern sector.
