A Border Police force arrested a Palestinian acting suspiciously outside the Samaria military court on Sunday, discovering he was armed with a makeshift Carlo rifle.
The Border Policemen question the Palestinian, a 19-year-old resident of Nablus, and he eventually pointed to a bag he had hidden where the weapon was.
