The High Court ruled that the state must respond to the Goldin family's interim injunction request against releasing terrorists' bodies by the government within 48 hours.
The family petitioned the court following the release of the body of Nimer Jamal, the terrorist who carried out the Har Adar shooting attack that claimed the lives of three Israelis.
The Goldin family wished for the state to be obliged to notify the public 72 prior to any future release of bodies for burial.
