COGAT: ‘We will respond forcefully to border disturbances’
The Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories Major General Yoav Mordechai released a Facebook video aimed at citizens of Gaza warning against riots and disturbances at the border fence.
“From today on, the IDF will respond harshly to disturbances at the border… Best go protest against Hamas in Gaza,” Mordechai said. “The violent events at the border are used as a front for terror, like what happened Saturday and we will not allow it to continue.”
