Filber to become state witness in Case 4000

Former Communications Ministry director-general Shlomo Filber entered the final stages of preparations to sign a state witness agreement as part of a fresh corruption investigation involving Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other suspects in Case 4000.
