Rwandan Dep. Minister of Foreign Affairs Olivier Nduhungirehe said that migrants expelled unwillingly from Israel will not be allowed in Rwanda. In a Twitter response to an anti-expulsion group he wrote: “How can Rwanda be « responsible » of what other governments do??? Let me once again be clear: no single migrant, deported from Israel or anywhere else against his/her will, will never land in Rwanda! None. Is it clear now?”
