New kashrut body launched to compete with Chief Rabbinate

The Zionist Orthodox rabbinical organization Tzohar has launched a new kashrut body that will compete with the Chief Rabbinate and offer food businesses alternative supervision services under more favorable conditions than the state.
They aim to add 1,200 restaurants to the new service within the next three years.
