Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon addressed coalition crisis over the draft law during a Kulanu faction meeting Monday, saying that "if the 2019 budget doesn’t pass, it will have a direct impact on 2018 and we will holding up the state and the populations which have been deprived for many years.
"Without this budget, I will have no public mandate and I will be violating my agreement with the voter."
