Shaked lodges complaint to SC Chief Justice Hayut against Judge Poznanski-Katz

Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked has lodged a complaint to Supreme Court Chief Justice Esther Hayut against Judge Ronit Poznanski-Katz for her part in the text message scandal, also involving Israel Securities Authority attorney Eran Shacham-Shavit and the remand extensions hearings of suspects in the Bezeq corruption affair.
Following the complaint, Chief Justice Hayut is expected to create an ad-hoc disciplinary court to discuss the matter.
Judge Poznanski-Katz has been suspended until a decision is made.
