Kfar Saba residents protest against building of fossil fuel power station

About 500 residents of Kfar Saba and the surrounding region are demonstrating at the Mifgash Shalom junction, located east of the city, in protest against Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon's initiative to build a large fossil fuel power station there.
Kfar Saba's mayor, Tzvika Tzarfati, said at the protest they will not allow a fossil fuel power station to be built there and lead to "additional air pollution in our region."
