China welcomes positive signals from US and North Korea

BEIJING – China said on Friday that it welcomes positive signals from the United States and North Korea, after US President Donald Trump said he was prepared to meet North Korea's Kim Jong Un.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang made the comment at a regular news briefing.
